This country housing complex features fortification elements and was built on land owned by the Labin noble families Franković - Vlačić in 1654. It encompasses a large rectangular area surrounded by a high stone wall, which includes a park with an alley leading to the entrance of the baroque palace. The courtyard retains some original stone paving, while the castle and other ancillary buildings have undergone certain alterations. In the 20th century, a restaurant was constructed in the northern part of the park.
