Investment-abroad is an intermediary platform that takes relevant actions related to the connection of the relevant realty Agency and the Client - Buyer meant for negotiations and preparations for concluding legal transactions on the transfer or establishment of ownership (sale) of real estate and the Buyer's obligation to payment of a certain brokerage fee to the relevant agency in particular country if that legal transaction is concluded. The Buyer who intends to enter into legal transactions on the transfer or establishment of ownership (sale) of real estate through Investment-abroad platform will receive the contacts and relevant Brokerage agreement of particular Agency with all rights and obligations arising from it.
The Terms and Conditions of Brokerage agreements will differ depending upon location of the property and brokerage legislation of particular country of investment.

Investment-abroad is not responsible for accuracy of any and all data supplied or advertising by this or that particular Agency. It is assumed by general policy of Investment-abroad platform that the Agency holds all the rights for media materials and representation rights for the advertised properties. Investment-abroad platform is not responsible for checking property rights, cadaster or technical details of the properties or companies offered for sale.
Investment-abroad is not communicating directly to property owners, nor concluding any brokerage agreements with them or the Buyers. However, upon request of the Agencies Investment-abroad is conducting preliminary communication with the Client-Buyer to ensure primary due diligence procedure is conducted.

Shall the same property be submitted by several Agencies, Investment-abroad shall act in the interests of the Buyer choosing the best Agency in terms of spoken language and cultural background.
The Buyer is not obliged to enter into negotiations for an intermediary deal with the Agency found by, nor to enter into a legal deal of sale and purchase, however, the Buyer will be liable to relevant Agency for damages if the Buyer signs relevant Brokerage agreement and subsequently enters into negotiations with the seller without good intention to enter into a contract with that party and will be obliged to reimburse all costs incurred during the mediation up to the amount of the agreed brokerage fee.

Investment-abroad is not limited in amount of partner realty Agencies with official brokerage license, if the license is required in particular territory by local legislation in force. It is not obliged to disclose to any partner Agency relations or conditions of cooperation with any other partner Agencies.
The Client-Buyer expressly agrees that Investment-abroad platform will collect and process personal and other data for the purpose of processing the case, and to pursue the interests of the Buyer and for marketing purposes necessary to fulfill due diligence obligations.
The Client-Buyer acknowledges that he has been informed of the intention to use personal and other data and the right to object to such offer, that he is aware of the right to access and correct data relating to him and acknowledges receipt of this clause for the use of personal data for marketing purposes.
