Generally, these are properties for qualified investors who know exactly what they want from real estate and clearly envision the ideal parameters of the desired object.

Initially, primary data are studied — whether the property is operational or not, how profitable its location is according to its purpose, its size and equipment, the condition of the building and interiors, its design and decoration, and so on. This data is provided in the investment project, which is convenient for initial online acquaintance.
However, nothing can replace personal inspection of the property by the investor. No matter what the numbers say on paper, in reality, the building or premises will tell you much more about its potential.

Compared to commercial real estate, residential and other properties have a narrower purpose (usually for rental). Therefore, the project includes key information about the property's condition (whether repairs are needed or not), location, and size.
