Investment-Abroad selects and supports the purchase of commercial real estate in Europe for private and institutional investors. Our catalogue covers hotels, guesthouses and campsites, apartment houses, retail and office premises, marinas, land and other income-producing properties in several European countries.

What we do

• Selection. We look for properties that match your budget, country and property type — including offers that are not advertised publicly.
• Information. For each property we collect the key figures: price, location, area, income and yield where the seller discloses them.
• Support. We help with the request to the seller, the letter of intent, the due diligence documents and the contact with local lawyers and notaries.

How we work

Send us your criteria — budget, country and property type — and we will send a shortlist within 48 hours. If a property interests you, we ask the seller for further documents and arrange the next steps. The catalogue is updated regularly; some deals are available only on request.
