Investment Appeal

The hotel has received a grant for renovation and expansion amounting to €500,000, which can be transferred to the buyer. There is a valid building permit for hotel reconstruction and an upgrade to 4 stars, with approximately €100,000 already invested in the reconstruction project. An additional €700,000 is available as co-financing, with around €300,000 needed for further investment. Renovation can be conducted in the name of the buyer in accordance with the available project.
